Couldn't be happier! Needed a replacement glass panel for a vintage hi-fi receiver - with the complication that it needed a hole cut in just the right place for the tuning control to pass through. I thought this was going to be a lost cause, but Ian advised me that it would be possible in 4mm glass. This was slightly thicker than the original, but I was given an offcut to test the clearance and fortunately it was fine. I collected the finished item today and it is an absolutely perfect fit, also really nicely finished off with polished edges. Mike and Andy did a fantastic job on replacing two window panes in my guest bedroom. They were a wealth of knowledge and the perfect professionals. They went above and beyond to fix the window in a timely manner and even replaced the broke rope and weights. Really impressed.
